Founded in 2020 by Chris Fantazzia, a firefighter with the Margate City Fire Department, the company was built on the same principles that guide first responders: reliability, accountability, and showing up when it matters most.
We provide comprehensive property management, home watch, contractor coordination, handyman and maintenance services, and specialized support for residential, vacation, rental, and commercial properties throughout Atlantic County and the surrounding South Jersey shore communities, including Ventnor, Margate, Longport, Brigantine, Atlantic City, Absecon, and Ocean City.
As a local firefighter and lifelong resident of the area, Chris understands the unique demands of shore properties, from winter protection and storm preparedness to the day-to-day needs of absentee and investment owners.
